It is already the final week of the course; time has really flown by quickly and along the way I have learnt so many important concepts about organizational change. What I have learnt is that change is inevitable and in times of change, effective leadership is needed. However, it is firstly important to bring positive changes within oneself and develop in order to make the external changes accepted and possible. I have also learnt important organizational concepts about diversity, inclusion, and equity.
